Legal Disclosures
Important information about this demonstration site, the limits of the office and the payment policy.
What is real in this build
This is a demonstration build of the office's public pages, payment screens and signing flow. The pricing arithmetic, crypto-only policy, audit trail and server-side chain checks are running. The phone number and the four deposit addresses are real; live payments are disabled in this build.
Nothing here is legal advice, and no payment is treated as received on the strength of a screenshot, a message or a webhook. The invoice page is the authority.
We are not attorneys
This office is not a law firm, does not employ attorneys to advise customers, and does not give legal advice. If you need advice about a criminal charge, a bail amount, or a court date, retain an attorney.
No influence over the court
This office cannot set bail, cannot reduce bail, cannot influence a magistrate, and cannot obtain preferential treatment for anyone. Bail is set by a magistrate under Texas law.
Personal bonds and charitable bail
Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Art. 17.03 allows a magistrate to release a person on personal bond, without a surety, in some circumstances. This office cannot promise, arrange, or influence a personal bond.
Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Art. 17.071 governs charitable bail organizations, which register with the county clerk and operate under separate rules and reporting requirements. This office is a bail bond business and is not a charitable bail organization.
Timing of a first appearance
Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Art. 15.17 requires that a person arrested be taken before a magistrate without unnecessary delay, and in any event no later than 48 hours after arrest. Bail is typically addressed at that hearing. This office has no role in scheduling it.
Indemnity and liability
By signing a bail bond agreement, an indemnitor accepts responsibility for the full face amount of the bond if the defendant fails to appear as required. This is a serious financial obligation and should be read in full before signing.
Electronic records
Documents on this site may be signed electronically under the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, Texas Business and Commerce Code Chapter 322. An electronic signature carries the same legal effect as a handwritten one. You can request a paper copy at any time at no charge.
Cryptocurrency
This business accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Solana only, by policy. A cryptocurrency transaction cannot be recalled or charged back by this business. A blockchain reorganization or network failure is outside this business's control.
This site will never ask for a wallet password, private key, seed phrase, or recovery phrase. Anyone who does is not this business.
Read together, these are the whole agreement
Each of these pages governs a different part of the relationship. Nobody reads them for fun; they are here so that nothing important lives only in a phone call.
