Start a bond
Three things happen on this page: you see the exact cost, you tell us who is in custody, and if you are ready, you take an invoice. Nothing is charged and nothing is agreed until there is a signed agreement in front of you.
-
01
Price it
Put the bail amount in. The premium, the percentage and the total appear together, in their own columns.
-
02
Send the details
Name, date of birth, facility, and how to reach you. This is what lets the office confirm the booking and check whether bail is set.
-
03
Take an invoice when ready
Choose a cryptocurrency and an invoice is issued with one address, one network, and a stated confirmation count. Read-only until you decide to send.
What this bond costs
The premium estimate is 10% of the bail amount. The office confirms the exact premium before anything is signed or paid.
If bail has not been set yet, leave the figure you expect and call us — the real amount is set at the magistrate hearing and nothing can be written before it.
What this figure is not
It is not the bail amount — that is set by a magistrate and cannot be influenced by anyone here. It is not a quote, an offer, or a commitment. And it does not include court or jail fees, which are charged by the county and collected by the county.
Who is in custody
Only your name and a way to reach you are required. The rest is what lets the office confirm the booking and tell you whether bail has been set yet.
Down payment, co-signer, or payment plan
You do not have to bring the whole premium at once. The office can start with a down payment and an approved co-signer, and can set up a payment plan for the balance. The terms are confirmed in writing before a bond is posted. Same-day release is the goal; the jail controls its release queue.
Take an invoice
An invoice fixes one address, one asset, one network and a confirmation count, and expires. You can read it without sending anything, and a payment is never marked received until this server has verified it against the blockchain itself.
Read before sending anything
- This business cannot reverse a crypto payment. There is no chargeback or recall; a chain reorganization or network failure is outside its control.
- The amount owed is the amount on the invoice at the time it was issued.
- Transaction fees are set by the blockchain, are paid by the sender, and are not collected here.
- Sending the wrong asset, or on the wrong network, can lose the funds permanently.
How a payment is verified
This server watches the invoice address directly. When a transaction appears, the status moves to confirming; when it reaches the confirmation count printed on the invoice, it moves to confirmed.
Nothing your browser reports can change that, and neither can a payment notification — every notification is answered by a fresh lookup against the chain.
New to cryptocurrency?
The tutorials take you from nothing to a first payment: choosing an exchange, setting up a wallet, sending to a verified address, and picking the correct network. Written for someone who has never done it.
