What this office collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to get it removed.
What is collected
When you send a bail inquiry, this site records the name you give, your phone number, optionally your email address, the county and facility involved, the name of the person in custody, their first and last name, the custody state, the inmate or booking number if you give it, the charge if you know it, and the bond amount if it has been set. It also records the free-text message you write.
If you use the pay-a-bond portal, the record also includes the number of co-signers you expect and any co-signer names you choose to enter. Both are optional; a blank co-signer count is stored as zero. The portal asks for your email address because the invoice and receipt are tied to it.
For security and for the audit trail, the server records the IP address and browser identifier attached to a submission, and the time it was received. Those are kept as part of the record of the transaction.
If you sign a document electronically, the signature you draw or type, the exact text of the document at the moment of signing, its SHA-256 hash, the time of signing, your IP address and browser identifier, and your confirmations of consent and identity are all stored as the execution record for that document.
If you request a records link, the email address you enter, the time of the request, and the token created for it are recorded so the link can be delivered and so a used or expired link can be refused. The token record is kept only as long as needed to enforce its twenty-minute life and the audit trail around it.
Why it is collected
To respond to the inquiry, to identify the right court and facility, to prepare a bond application and any related documents, to calculate and invoice the premium, and to keep the records a bail bond business is expected to keep.
Security information is collected to rate-limit abusive submissions and to preserve an audit trail of a financial transaction.
What is never collected
This site never asks for, and never stores, a wallet password, private key, seed phrase, or recovery phrase. No legitimate business needs any of those to receive a payment, and no page on this site will ever ask for one.
This site does not request payment card numbers, bank account numbers, check images, or wire instructions. This business does not accept cards, cash, checks, or bank transfers, so there is nothing of that kind to collect.
Sharing
Information is shared with the surety and its appointed agents only to the extent required to write the bond, and with courts, jails, or law enforcement where a bond, a surrender, or a lawful request requires it.
On-chain payment verification is performed by this server reading public blockchain data for a public address. No customer financial account is shared with anyone, because none is collected.
Your information is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.
Retention
Inquiry records, bond records, and executed documents are retained for as long as required to service the bond obligation and to satisfy applicable Texas record-keeping requirements.
Signed documents and their audit records are retained for as long as the underlying agreement may be enforced, because the audit record is what proves the execution.
Access and removal
You may request a copy of the information held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion, using the contact details on this site. Deletion requests cannot be applied to a record that is still required to service an active bond, or to an execution record that must be preserved for a signed agreement.
Records portal
The records portal is not an account. It does not store a customer password, and it cannot change an invoice or a signed document. It sends a short-lived link to the email address on file; anyone who controls that inbox can open the records attached to it.
The lookup response is the same whether or not an address has records. The link expires after twenty minutes, opens a confirmation page before it is spent, and can be used once. A records view is held by a thirty-minute cookie in that browser and can be closed from the page.
If you believe someone else has access to the email address on file, contact the office before requesting a link. The office can update the address on the inquiry or agreement record.
Cookies
This site sets two kinds of functional cookie. The staff console uses a session cookie. The records portal uses a short-lived cookie after a valid email link is opened, so the records page can be viewed without putting the token back in the address bar.
There is no advertising cookie, no third-party analytics script, and no tracking pixel on the customer pages.
Read together, these are the whole agreement
Each of these pages governs a different part of the relationship. Nobody reads them for fun; they are here so that nothing important lives only in a phone call.
